No. You create the account with your email and your organization starts on Esencial, which is free and does not expire. You pay only if you want more users, channels, sources or analysis.
Monthly or yearly, with the available payment methods. In the app you choose the plan and the period, see the amount and the dates, and pay from there. The period starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
We notify you by email before the expiry date. If the period ends without renewal, the organization returns to Esencial and nothing is deleted: whatever exceeds its limits is blocked and you choose what to keep active. When you renew, everything becomes active again on its own.
We notify you by email at 80 % and at 100 %. When you reach the limit, only that resource stops until the next month or until you change plans; everything else keeps working, and new items are stored even if they are not analyzed.
Yes. If you renew the same plan before it expires, the new period starts when the current one ends. If you pay for another plan, it starts once the payment is confirmed and the previous period ends that day, with no refund of the remaining days. And if you go back to Esencial, the change takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Yes, one for each confirmed payment, in PDF: it reaches you by email and you can download it from the app. You can add your organization’s billing details (legal name, tax ID, address and email).
In Cuban pesos (CUP), which is currently the only currency available. If others are added, you will be able to choose the one in which to see and pay the prices.
An administrator closes the organization’s account from the app. For 30 days nobody can sign in, but you can download the data in CSV and JSON or cancel the closure; after that period, the data is permanently deleted. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
